In June 2023 Pieralisi collaborated with Rete Clima supporting the forest conservation project VCS 1382 - The Envira Amazonia Project, in Brazil, which insists on an area of 39,000 hectares of tropical forest, generates an average reduction of 1,259,646 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year over a period of 30 years from 2012 to 2042. The project helps to protect the critical habitat for endangered wildlife and in particular protects the presence of at least four endemic plants of the IUCN Red List of threatened species: acreana, odorata, longistipulata and macrophylla.
